Terms and Conditions
Your order automatically begins processing as soon as it’s submitted. So we cannot make changes, corrections, and/or cancellations. No replacements or refunds can be made on orders submitted with incorrect information. The customer is responsible for verifying the spelling and accuracy of the content of the order.
Shipping and Handling
Most orders ship the next day we receive them at our fulfillment center. During peak periods you can experience a one or two day delay. AVERAGE delivery time is 4-7 days from receipt of an order. All Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (Global Priority for International). Special shipping requests and orders that cannot use Global Priority may carry an additional handling charge. For international orders, unless you select UPS with its accompanying charges as the shipping method for your order, we will ship via an international mail consolidator. All shipments that are not sent via UPS are at the risk of the buyer since we cannot track packages shipped via the mail consolidator. If you order from Canada, please understand that, in addition to the UPS charge on this order, UPS will also collect a customs brokerage fee from you upon delivery of the order.
Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. We will ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item.
Please not do contact our office about non-delivery of an item less than two weeks from the date of your order. Delays can occur which are out of our control.
No refunds or exchanges except for damaged or defective products. Any damage or defect problems must be noted within 15 days of receipt of product. If an item is damaged or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number. Do not return any product without receiving an RMA from our customer service team.
